Shall I drink my herbal tea with sugar and/or milk?
Herbal tea should be drunk without sugar and milk.  However, if you like your herbal tea to be sweetened, we highly recommend the use of honey as it is far more natural than refined sugar.

Can I enjoy my fruit tisane cold?  If yes, how do I prepare an iced fruit tisane?
Yes, you can enjoy a refreshing iced cold fruit tisane! You can find our delicious recipes on our website, simply go to 'TeaSpa Products' and click 'Iced Fruit Tisane'.

What is a horoscope tea?
TeaSpa’s Horoscope Tea has been formulated based on the characteristic signs of each Horoscope, with the aim to nurture the personality. Not only they taste delicious, they are also caffeine-free!

How many cups of herbal tea can I drink in a day?
As our herbal teas are blended using gentle herbs suitable for daily consumptions, we recommend 1-3 cups a day.
Why do you carry different weights for some of your teas?
We do not sell our teas based on weight as some ingredients are heavier (eg. roots, berries, etc) and some are lighter (eg. leaves, flowers, etc), it would be unfair to the customers if we sell by weight. Therefore, we standardize our packaging to ensure each pack yields approximately 40 cups of blissful tea.

How many cups of tea do I get from each package?
Each box of TeaSpa tea yields about 40-45 cups of blissful teas based on 1 level teaspoon of serving in each cup.

Does your product carry an expiry date?
All our teas carry an expiry date so you can buy with confidence! Furthermore, they are also sealed air-tight for optimal freshness and quality.

How do I store my teas?
For optimal freshness and quality, store your tea in an air-tight tea canister or container away from sunlight, in a cool, dark and dry place.  As teas are capable of absorbing smell from other products (eg. coffee), air-tight tea canisters or containers will help to shun away any “unwanted” smell.  You can also store your teas in the  refrigerator (not freezer).
